For fifty years Ray Vannoy has practiced the science, art, and craft of land surveying. This experience includes over 15,000 surveys conducted across more than 90 counties in Texas. Ray Vannoy is a distinguished expert in land surveying whose experience spans land boundaries, oil and gas surveys, pipelines, easements, river boundaries, and commercial developments. Ray is also highly skilled in litigation surveys and expert testimony, serving as both an expert witness and a court-appointed commissioner. In addition his portfolio includes work on golf course properties, State of Texas land, and pro bono projects - demonstrating his commitment to the craft. Lastly, more than sixteen of his former employees have become Registered Professional Land Surveyors. Several of these professionals went on to form their own firms, and several became significant leaders and partners in existing land surveying firms, engineering firms, or other related companies.
